Color codes and names

Also called color code chart or color picker.  This is a list of 216 true colors listed by name and HEX-code.  Very useful if only to know what a color looks like.  Green isn't just green : it could be Medium Forest Green, Spring Green, Lime Gree, or even Sea Green... and the same is true for red, blue, yellow, and a few more.
