Call the cavalry when you're stuck, that's basically what this is about.  When you have something that does not work or that needs fixing on your site, I'm available to assist and sort your problem out. 

Here's how it goes :

1. you send me a support request including a detailed description of what exactly you need done (please use form below),
2. If I can solve the issue I will accept your request and send you a payment request for €18.15 (including 21% VAT),
3. You arrange the payment and send me the login details that I need (or you add my details as an editor if possible),
4. I solve your problem,
5. You leave a positive comment on my site's feedback page if you feel like it.

Notes :

• I commit to faultless service.  If I overestimated my capabilities and I can't provide a solution, I will refund your money in full.
